New build, West Sussex
This property was built on the site of the company’s original old working yard, which Adrian remembers visiting as a young boy, so there was a special connection for him personally.
From the moment Adrian saw the plans he could see how fantastic this project was going to be. The main part of this Georgian style farmhouse is finished with traditional flint and bricks. A glass link connects this to an oak barn at the end, which was all built from scratch on site. A separate four bay garage has been added with accommodation above.
Adrian and his team helped us achieve our goal to build a new home using traditional materials and craftsmanship to ensure that the end result looked established rather than brand new.

A key part of our project was the barn structure. Adrian was able to enhance our initial design and deliver a more authentic Sussex barn interior which we are delighted with (as we are the house overall).
The quality of the work was outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend Paddock Homes to others, as we have done a number of times.
This is probably our most impressive project to date and the end result could only be achieved with the vision and trust from our client, with no architect managing the project. Our workshop supplied the superb joinery throughout giving the whole house a quality and finish that is seldom seen these days.
